Drawer ovens

In the case of parts of different size and different tempering times, simple manual handling with drawer ovens is advisable.

The tempering time to be met is automatically started when the door is closed. The running, resp. expired time is displayed with lights assigned to the drawers.

This oven type is “taken along” by the worker from working step to working step if necessary. The design of the oven made of aluminium reduces the total weight of the ovens and simplifies handling. The control receives the corresponding temperature and tempering time specifications when coupling onto the respective work station. Drawer ovens are especially suitable when there is little space available.

 

Different material dimensions can be processed simultaneously on various levels. This oven type is often used by plastics manufacturers – here the heated parts are easily accessible for the operators when the drawers are pulled out.

Heavy forging swages are stored warm in the press until their next use. Loading and unloading is carried out with a hall crane.

 

The customer installs work piece holders in these drawers which are then used to position plastic parts for warming. Here again, the drawer status is indicated to the operator by means of timer and light.
